Worth saying quickly, years of software development, and the development and management of teams, have made me non-dogmatic pragmatist toward getting software built. Usually that leads me to eXtreme Programming principles and ideas captured in the Agile Manifesto and Software Craftsmanship. I think of organizations in terms of their fluency in agile thinking.
