I've often made this part of my explanation of the XP concept of "Sustainable Pace" and STILL have to fight to win over organizational leadership. At the horrid end are the bosses who want "more hours from my salaried people to get my money's worth."
Yeah. Not okay. And not really helping the bottom line.
