That's the Bill Joy "quote" that I've had in my head. I've quoted it so many times. I've had a 'todo' to go find the reference for it for years. I finally got around to that today.The actual line is
there are always more smart people outside a company than inside it-- Bill JoyComes for the Java One talk he gave (2003?) talking about how "Innovation Happens Elsewhere".
